Send a Photo:

Send the photo to us via email by using the email your photo link at the top of the page. Make sure to include the following details in your email:

Email Subject: "Photo for Custom Order - [Your Invoice Number]"

Body of the Email:

Attach the photo of your pet.

Mention your invoice number.

Any additional instructions or preferences you have.

Receive Proof for Approval:

Once we receive your order and photo, we will create a proof of the customized design.

You will receive an email with the proof for approval before we proceed with making the item.

Review the proof and reply to the email with your approval or any requested changes.
